Included services

Including Wi-Fi, parking space, bed linen, hand and bath towels, hairdryer, dedicated storage room and free ski storage at Sport Jennewein. The final cleaning fee is not included in the price.

Arrival

From the S16, take the Pettneu exit, drive over the Rosanna bridge, continue on straight, underneath the railway underpass and after approx. 200 m turn left at the crossroads (Baum und Kreuz). Then continue straight on through the "Steinig" district and past the Pettneuerhof farm. At the end of the incline, cross the main road and turn into "Vadiesen” street. Continue straight, past the small chapel and turn right at the end of the road. The Varadies Apartment is on the right-hand side. The exact address for GPS is: Vadiesen 216c, 6574 Pettneu am Arlberg.
Important: Access to the house is only possible with four-wheel drive or snow chains!

Cancellation

Within 90 day before arrival: 40 % of the arranged price
Within 30 day before arrival: 70 % of the arranged price
Within 14 day before arrival: 100% of the arranged price.

Bank transfer in advance. We don't accept credit cards.

Pets & Smoking

Just so it’s been said: We love animals! But not in our brand-new spick-and-span apartment. Out of consideration for pure feel-good ambience and guests with allergies, pets are not allowed at the Varadies. We also kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding!

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in:
You can arrive between 4 and 6 pm. Please inform us in advance of your planned arrival time so that we can welcome you personally.

Check-out:
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am. We’ll take care of the final cleaning fee for you, so that you can truly enjoy the last day of your holiday.
